Amanda Gayle Christensen and Christopher Michael Weinman were married Aug. 18 at Pfeiffer Vineyard in Junction City. Petar Miljkovic officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Chris and Gail Christensen of Eugene. A 1997 graduate of Sheldon High School, she received a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University in 2001, graduating magna cum laude. She received a master's degree in physician assistant studies in 2006 from Pacific University School. She is a physician assistant with Cascade Dermatology in Eugene.
The groom is the son of Darrell and Marlys Weinman of Central Point. A 1994 graduate of St. Mary's School in Medford, he received a bachelor's degree in biology in 1998 from Pacific University, and a master's degree in physician assistant studies in 2006 from Pacific University graduate school. He is a physician assistant with Orthopedic Spine Associates in Eugene.
Matron of honor was Kelly Holmes of Tigard. Bridesmaids were Rebecca McGee of Eugene, Rosalia Ocamica of Beaverton, Margo Walker of Reno, Nev., and Ashleigh Farleigh of Tualatin.
Best man was Anthony Tomes of Portland. Groomsmen were Eric Furtado of Portland, Kier Fischbach of Camas, Wash., Manu Cunningham of Hillsboro and Toby Shallcross of Portland.
Usher was the bride's brother, Neal Christensen of Springfield.
Flower girl was the bride's cousin, Grace Hill of Aloha.
Ring bearer was the groom's nephew, Zachary Weinman of Phoenix, Ariz.
Following the ceremony, the parents of the newlyweds hosted a reception at Pfeiffer Vineyards in Junction City.
After a wedding trip to the Cook Islands (Rarotonga and Aitutaki), the newlyweds are living in Eugene.
