Dartmouth College ethics professor Ron Green will be in Ashland tonight to talk about the science and politics of the stem-cell debate.
His talk begins at 6 p.m. in the Meese Auditorium at Southern Oregon University, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd. It's free and open to the public.
Green directs Dartmouth's Ethics Institute, a consortium of faculty concerned with teaching and research in applied and professional ethics. He also heads the Ethics Advisory Board of Advanced Cell Technology, a company involved in therapeutic cloning research.
