Lexington, Ky., CBS affiliate WKYT-TV has announced the hiring of KDRV reporter Janet Kim, who has been with Channel 12 in Medford since July of 2006.

Kim was raised in Plano, Texas, wrote for the Daily Texan at the University of Texas-Austin, reported for the university's radio station, and interned at C-SPAN and television stations in Austin and Washington, D.C. She also worked as an editor for Dialogue magazine, a publication for the blind.

Anna Hinkle has joined Medford Interiors as a designer. Hinkle has been in the Medford area since 1990, and designing independently since 2001. She will be in Medford Interiors' Main Street store on Fridays and other times by appointment. She is also a hospice volunteer with Providence Medford Medical Center.

InnSight Hotel Management Group has named Cheryl Breeden director of sales and marketing for its SpringHill Suites by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott properties in South Medford.

Among Breeden's previous sales and marketing positions are: group marketing manager for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, regional director of sales and general manager for Hospitality Associates and director of sales and marketing for Ashland Hills Inns & Suites. She is president of the Oregon Tour & Travel Alliance, a member of the National Tour Association leadership team, and a past Ashland VCB Board member.

CPA Carolyn J. Murray has joined the audit and accounting staff at Michael L. Piels CPAs LLP. Murray recently moved to the Rogue Valley from Bandon, where she has been city finance director. Prior to that, Murray was an auditor and accounting consultant for the state of Washington and finance director in Woodburn.

Murray has been licensed as a CPA since 1987 and has licenses in both Oregon and California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ryan Papé will assume the role of general manager for Papé Kenworth's Eugene and Medford locations. Papé started on the parts counter in 1997 and has since worked in the rental department, as a product support representative and a territory manager for Papé Machinery. He has been the sales manager for the southwest Oregon region of Papé Machinery since 2005.
