Kim Anderson has been named United States Postal Service Portland District Manager, overseeing postal operations in Oregon and southwest Washington.

Anderson, who most recently served as Portland's senior plant manager, began his career in 1977 as processing clerk in Portland.

In May 2001, Anderson was promoted to his previous post, responsible for all processing operations in the district, including facilities in Eugene, Salem, Medford and Bend.

Tisha Oehmen has been named chief operations officer at Rogue Federal Credit Union, overseeing branch operations, lending, and marketing.

Oehmen earned a bachelor's degree in political science and an executive masters of business administration from the University of Oregon. She was at Oregon Community (formerly U-Lane-O) Credit Union for 12 years, rising to vice president of marketing and business development. She then went on to work with Extreme Arts & Sciences as chief marketing officer and consultant.

Sheila Gunderson, an agent with Exit Realty Group in Phoenix, has received the Bronze Award from Exit Realty International in recognition of participating in more than 25 closed transactions for the year ending June 30.

Wells Fargo has appointed Kim Katic of Medford to Southern Oregon district manager. She oversees customer service, sales and staff development for 114 employees at nine branches.

Katic joined Wells Fargo in 1994 in Arizona. Her 14-year career with the company includes serving as a financial services banker, a premier banking manager and a branch manager. She was promoted to district manager in 2005.

Western State Insurance Agency has appointed Scott Sherbourne as Southern Oregon branch manager. Sherbourne has more than 14 years of property and casualty, commercial, health, and life insurance experience, including time as an Allstate Insurance agency owner. Most recently, he was district sales manager for Balboa Insurance Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America.

Sherbourne earned a business administration degree from Linfield College and graduated from North Medford High School. He is on the board for Rogue Valley Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, where he serves as the property and casualty chairman.
