Felony arrests

  • Mistreatment — Amy Marie Brown, 28, of the 100 block of North Rose St., Phoenix. Brown appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with three counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment and two counts of second-degree child neglect. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Theft — Cody Steven Dempsey, 19, of the 11000 block of Highway 140, Eagle Point. Dempsey appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with three counts of first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Leaf Grant Hillman, 44, of Orleans, Calif. Hillman appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Burglary — David Allen Miller, 18, of the 600 block of Mary Place, Medford. Miller appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with second-degree burglary and attempted second-degree burglary. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Nathan Edward Mussa, 24, of the 200 block of Capri Dr., Eagle Point. Mussa appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacture of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Letitia Nicole McQueary, 23, of the 200 block of Capri Dr., Eagle Point. McQueary appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacture of marijuana. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Rane Randall Rowlett, 43, of the 800 block of Clay St., Ashland. Rowlett appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of cocaine, two counts of fourth-degree assault, two counts of harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Tampering — Trudy Marie Schaffer, 50, of the 3200 block of South Side Rd., Grants Pass. Schaffer appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with tampering with drug records and third-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Warrant — Stanley Warren Badgley, 41, of the 7000 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Badgley on warrants charging him with first-degree forgery and two counts of identity theft. He was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail.
  • Warrant — Cristal Lynn Buchanan, 38, of the 7000 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. A sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Buchanan on out-of-county warrants charging her with first-degree criminal mistreatment and first-degree aggravated theft. She was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Assault — Michael Del Branson, 24, of the 1500 block of Prune St., Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Branson on charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Forgery — Eduardo Guillen-Prado, 18, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Branson on charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument, first-degree forgery and second-degree theft. In addition, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents charged him with suspicion of being in the country illegally. He was lodged in jail without bail.
