  • Grilled Port Orford Fish With Salsa Fresca

  • 1 cup tomato, seeded and chopped
    2 tablespoon red onion, chopped finely
    1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    4 white fish steaks
    Olive oil, for coating fish
    Mix the tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, vinegar and salt in a small glass bowl.
    Lightly coat the steaks with the oil and grill 4 minutes on each side on a medium-hot gas or charcoal. Top each portion with salsa. Delicious as a taco filling.
