The bride is the daughter of Preston and Hindey Moser of Medford. A 2002 graduate of South Medford High School, she received a bachelor's degree with honors in microbiology in 2006 from Oregon State University Honors College. She received a master's degree in journalism-science reporting in 2008 from New York University Department of Journalism. She is the editor of Remilon, LLC in Foster City, Calif.
The groom is the son of Mary Hoogeveen of Garberville, Calif., and Owen and Cindy Jurling of Jacksonville. A 2002 graduate of Tutorial School in Santa Fe, N.M., he received a bachelor's degree in physics in 2008 from Oregon State University in Corvallis. He is a doctoral student in physics/optics at the University of Rochester Institute of Optics.
Matron of honor was Heather Stockamp (this name has been corrected) of Corvallis. Bridesmaids were Elly Swift of Medford, Elizabeth Spencer of Beavercreek, Ohio, Janelle Dabritz of Corvallis and Laurie Kelly of Fairview.
Best man was Colin Dabritz of Corvallis. Groomsmen were Drew Watson of Houston and Whitney Lee of New York City.
After the ceremony, the bride's parents hosted a reception at Sacred Heart Parish Hall.
After a wedding trip to Jacksonville, the newlyweds are living in Rochester, N.Y.
