For one of the more time consuming and confusing processes most families endure, home buying requires a qualified professional.
Asked who they'd choose to navigate home values, property searches and endless paperwork involved in home ownership, Readers' Choice voters put their faith in RE/MAX's Jared Hokanson.
A 40-year-old who ventured into real estate more than six years ago after a stint in management, Hokanson said his focus is on the people he works for and not so much about selling houses.
"In my mind, it's all about the clients and making sure they're taken care of, whether that means following through on phone calls, listening to them as circumstances require or negotiations," Hokanson said. "It's all just a matter of making sure that the client feels taken care of."
Hokanson's office is at the corner of Black Oak and East Barnett Road.
