Warrant — Richard Moore Smith, 27, of the 600 block of Pine Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Smith on warrants charging him with possession of synthetic drugs, delivery of synthetic drugs and a parole violation. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Identity theft — Titan Larue Mann, 31, of the first block of North Mountain Street, Ashland. Mann appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with identity theft and third-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Howard Leslie Simmons, 53, of the 3600 block of Avenue G, White City. Simmons appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
Sex offender — Manny Ray Smith, 33, of the 900 block of Cherry Street, Medford. Smith appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
Hindering — Amy Joy Cook, 35, of the first block of Garfield Street, Ashland. Ashland police Friday arrested Cook on a charge of hindering prosecution. She was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
