It's a look but don't munch day today as elaborate gingerbread creations go on display to the public as part of Medford's annual GingerBread Jubilee.
See the architectural wonders from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Craterian Ginger Rogers Theater, 23 S. Central Ave., Medford. Admission is $3.
The theater also will host a holiday artisan market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and again on Sunday at 32 S. Central, across from the Craterian.
Both events are fundraisers for the theater.
The GingerBread Jubilee brings together people who create intricate buildings and natural scenes from gingerbread and other edibles. Judging already has taken place in the contest, and winners included a replica of Central Point's old Willow Springs School, a pastoral scene of birds and bugs crowded around a gingerbread guitar and a gumball-smothered rendition of the flying house featured in the animated film "Up."
The gingerbread will be on display at the theater through Wednesday.
