North Medford's Jordan Browne-Moore, who was a rebounding force at the Class 6A boys basketball state tournament last weekend, has been added to the fourth annual Mail Tribune All-Star Basketball Classic.
Browne-Moore, a 6-foot-3 junior, replaces his Black Tornado teammate, Chris Faust, who has a conflict this weekend, on the Siskiyou team.
The Rogue and Siskiyou boys and girls games, featuring top 6A to 1A players in Southern Oregon, are Saturday at Kids Unlimited, 821 N. Riverside, Medford. The girls game is at 5:15 p.m., the boys at 7.
Tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for students and will be sold at the door. Kids under 12 get in free.
Browne-Moore led the state tournament with 35 rebounds, including 15 on the offensive end, also a tourney high. He grabbed 19 boards in a victory over West Linn, just two shy of the tournament record owned by former Lake Oswego star Kevin Love, now with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Browne-Moore has also been added for online voting.
Fans can vote on the games' starters by going to www.mailtribune.com/allstars. Fans can make their choices after filling out a brief registration form. Each person can vote once, and voting ends at midnight Friday.
