• Cheese-Stuffed Nasturtium Flowers

  • 4 ounces soft goat cheese
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup golden raisins
    2 tablespoons chopped nasturtium flowers
    15 to 20 whole nasturtium flowers, with 1 inch of stem attached
    Combine the goat cheese, nuts, raisins and chopped flowers. Spoon or pipe mixture into the whole flowers, arrange on a platter and serve for a light appetizer.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
