  • After 14 years in the real estate business, in which he transitioned from title work to buying and selling homes, Medford Realtor Tod Hunt credits a willingness to "take as long as it takes" to do what's right for his clients.
Working under the auspices of The Atlas Group, the same real-estate team once known as the Chaparral Realty Group, the 53-year-old Hunt says he was surprised by his selection.
"I think it's totally awesome to win. Holy smokes," he says.
Hunt says he focuses on taking care of clients, no matter what it takes.
"For me, it's about helping my clients, not about the commission," he said. "I think people appreciate the fact I am really looking out for them instead of for myself."
Hunt, a former county planning commissioner, is active with local Scouts.
