  • The first phone company to offer the Apple iPhone, AT&T held fast to its distinction as best cell service in the Rogue Valley again this year.
The largest wireless company in the United States, with more than 73 million subscribers, the company claims to have the nation's fastest 3G network.
iPhone users can talk, surf, take pictures and use popular apps simultaneously.
Other customer favorites include rollover minutes that never expire and mobile calling plans, new this year, that allow unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling between phones on any cellular network.
Owned by AT&T Inc. after a merger between former parent companies AT&T Inc. and BellSouth, the company is based in Atlanta, Ga.
In the Rogue Valley, AT&T sports five locations between Central Point and Ashland.
Other favorites: U.S. Cellular and Verizon Wireless.
