Courtesy and straightforwardness are two reasons readers chose Kelly's Automotive for best auto service in the Rogue Valley.

"We're very honest with people, and we always go the extra mile in our services," Central Point Service Manager Jay Wolfman says.

Kelly's Automotive, with centers at 6034 Crater Lake Ave., Central Point, and 1661 N.E. Sixth St., Grants Pass, offers pick-up and delivery services, a shuttle and loaner cars.

"We try to put the convenience into something that's really inconvenient," Wolfman says.

Owners Dave and Lisa Kelly opened their Grants Pass shop seven years ago and their second location in Central Point two years later. This is the second year in a row that Kelly's Automotive earned the Readers' Choice prize.
