Central Point resident Gustavo Santiago, 16, was ejected from the car during the crash and pronounced dead at the scene.

Francisco Campos, 19, of Traver, Calif., is being held on $250,000 bail as a material witness to the shooting. A fourth suspect, 20-year-old Gabriel Perez, is alleged to have fled the scene of the crash. Police still have not found Perez, who is a registered sex offender and known Nortenos gang member.
