    Henley girls reap top honors in Skyline

  • Henley senior Ellie Morgan and head coach Shannon Carlson garnered the top recognition in the all-Skyline Conference girls basketball voting by the conference's coaches.

  • Henley senior Ellie Morgan and head coach Shannon Carlson garnered the top recognition in the all-Skyline Conference girls basketball voting by the conference's coaches.
    Morgan was player of the year and Carlson coach of the year after the Hornets went 9-1 in league. Henley went 25-4 and won the Class 4A state championship.
    Kenzie Schmoll of North Valley and Jenna King of Hidden Valley made the second team, while Phoenix's Roxy Ramirez and Baylee Toney received honorable mention.
    Schmoll was also on the all-defensive team.
