Paul Saltzman, renowned documentary filmmaker and two-time Canadian Emmy award winner, will show his film "Prom Night in Mississippi" and lead a discussion on "Moving Beyond Prejudice" from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, April 13, at Kids Unlimited, 821 N. Riverside Ave., Medford.

Paul Saltzman, renowned documentary filmmaker and two-time Canadian Emmy award winner, will show his film "Prom Night in Mississippi" and lead a discussion on "Moving Beyond Prejudice" from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, April 13, at Kids Unlimited, 821 N. Riverside Ave., Medford.

Saltzman has produced and directed more than 300 films. "Prom Night in Mississippi" premiered at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival and played at the Ashland Independent Film Festival. Saltzman did this same program at the White House at the request of President Obama.
