Tiazza Rose loves running fitness boot camps, where people can go for it and gain strength and muscle — and they have to not mind being pushed. Hard.

"Some are training for marathons or triathlons. Some are high-school coaches in training. Some are moms getting rid of baby weight," says Rose, who also leads kick-boxing, body-sculpting and belly-dance programs.

Boot-camp classes and cardio and resistance regimens, which Rose teaches in Medford and Ashland, are "very intense, very hard. It's not for everyone. I push everyone to go faster and do more reps and not take breaks. People who love it are people who like to get pushed.

"I'm a motivator and self-esteem builder. I provide fun, safe and effective fitness and nutritional programs to my clients, enabling them to reach their goals and make fitness a more active part of their life."
