With a 20-year background in martial arts, Wolf blends all these traditions to create something he believes will benefit everyone.
"We try to make classes accessible to all age ranges regardless of your physical health at the time you're starting the class," says Wolf. "Students feel that they're improving their balance, they're improving their flexibility."
Wolf's academic training includes degrees from University of Oregon and Beijing University of Physical Education, and he draws on a professional background in kinesiology and as a personal trainer in his class design.
Even so, he says, "I still try to respect the classical yang style and stay true to tai chi philosophy."
