Working with a team that covers physical therapy, massage, health coaching, nutrition and primary care, Dr. Thaddeus Gala, of Complete Care Chiropractic and Massage in Eagle Point, says he's got it all under one roof and can handle whatever condition you have.
“One of us can help,” he says. “It's a collaborative approach.”
Primary care is offered by a nurse practitioner. Chiropractic, he says, is the “primary portal of entry,” and they can engage the whole range of health issues — from migraine and back pain to heart disease — which they do by using the “alternative approach,” involving many natural treatments, patient education, exercise and nutrition.
“Our bodies are self-healing if you give them the right nutrition and exercise,” says Gala, a native of nearby Trail. “We teach the Paleo Diet, which is taken from our hunter-gatherer times and emphasizes lean, healthy protein, mainly meat, with vegetables and fruit. You cut out grain and dairy.”
