A native of La Grande, Dr. Bonnie Nedrow studied to be a naturopathic physician in Seattle and practiced there for six years, before finally satisfying her need for a smaller community and moving to Ashland (her sister is here, too).

Nedrow practices at Hidden Springs Wellness Center and says she loves Oregon's laws, which license naturopaths as primary-care physicians.

Nedrow has built her network of patients and students over three years at the popular center, where she teaches many classes on maintaining good health. She also teaches through Ashland Food Co-op and is a former midwife.

“A lot of people know what we do as a healing center — and a lot of people come to us who are healthy, and maybe they had diabetic parents and they want to avoid health habits that could lead to that,” says Nedrow, noting her work in preventative care, women's care and environmental medicine.
She can be reached at 541-488-8858.
