DALLAS — The Eagle Point baseball team let a four-run lead slip away as Dallas rallied to win the Class 5A state play-in game 6-5 on Wednesday.
The Eagles (6-21) owned a 5-1 advantage until the bottom of the fifth inning, when the Dragons (21-6) scored two runs. Dallas captured the lead an inning later after posting three more.
Eagle Point committed six errors and Dallas made four errors.
Scott Schepige homered for the Dragons.
