Roseburg, Crater top SOH in baseball honors

The Roseburg baseball team was celebrated for its accomplishments in the Southern Oregon Hybrid, while several local players were recognized.

Roseburg seniors Josh Graham and Jared Priestley were named the player of the year and pitcher of the year, respectively. Both will play at the University of Oregon next spring. Their coach, Troy Thompson, was given coach of the year honors.

Crater players named to the first team were senior pitchers Chris Painter and Matt Preston, senior infielder Corey Wynant, sophomore catcher Tyler Aplin, senior outfielder Sebastian Reynolds and sophomore Blake Fahndrich and sophomore utility Ty Fox.

For North Medford, senior pitcher Bryan Carbonell and sophomore outfielder Micah Brown were selected to the first team. All-SOH Baseball
