Medford begins tournament play July 13 in Hermiston.
Medford won the first game in five innings and the nightcap in four by virtue of the 10-run mercy rule.
In the opener, Cole Doster went 4-for-4 with four runs and two RBIs while Daniel Shenk was 3-for-4 with four RBIs.
Jacob Melton, who hit inside-the-park home runs in each game, got help from Jack West on the mound to limit Grants Pass to four hits.
