Strawberry-Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
1/2 cup low-fat milk (may substitute soy milk)
1/4 cup rolled oats (instant are OK)
1/2 banana, peeled and broken into chunks
7 frozen strawberries
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sugar or honey (optional)
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
