Felony arrests

  • Drugs — Darlene Carol Zibnack, 59, of the 100 block of North Third Street, Central Point. Oregon State Police Tuesday arrested Zibnack on charges of possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released after posting bail.
  • Drugs — Brenda Colleen Williams, 29, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Williams on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Tampering, mistreatment — Veronica Delacruz, 28, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Tuesday arrested Delacruz on two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment, possession of hydrocodone, possession of oxycodone, two counts of recklessly endangering another, two counts of tampering with drug records and four counts of third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
  • Drugs — Scott Anthony Patterson, 28, of the 1000 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Patterson on three counts of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Zachary Alexander Ray Hubbard, 20, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Hubbard on charges of possession of methamphetamine, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Ricky Edward Singley, 19, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Singley on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.
  • Sex offender — Abrielle Clayton, 34, of the 700 block of King Street, Medford. Clayton appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of oxycodone and possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Toby Jo Nigrelli, 38, of the 600 block of Brandi Way, Eagle Point. Nigrelli appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with delivery of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Rape, sex abuse — Michael Don Gaiski Jr., 24, of the 200 block of South Orange Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Gaiski on two counts of first-degree rape and two counts of second-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail on more than $2 million bail.
  • Theft — Jason Lee Hedges, 37, of the 700 block of Wilson Road, Central Point. Hedges appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with three counts of first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released.
