Set Free Christian Fellowship celebrates 15th

Set Free Christian Fellowship will celebrate its 15th anniversary at its service at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 7, at the church, 1032 W. Main St.

The church invites all current and past members to attend, and the public also is invited. Founding pastor Chad McComas will give the message, and testimonies will be shared.

A birthday celebration will be held at 7 p.m., with a barbecue, cake and a movie. Call 541-773-4004.

Unitarian Universalists will meet at new time, site

Medford Unitarian Universalists will meet at a new location at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 8: the Masonic Temple, 975 N. Phoenix Road, Medford. The program, presented by Dee Evers about the Final Exit Network, will be entitled "Whose Life is it, Anyway?"

Healthy Living Ministries plans healthy workshop

Healthy Living Ministries, the temperance ministry of the Central Point Seventh-day Adventist church, will host a workshop on healthy dining choices from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 15, at the church, 625 N. 10th St., Central Point.

The ministry will also host an open forum discussion with Dr. Jim Said from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 29, at the church.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a healthy dish to pass for a potluck luncheon at each event, or a $5 donation. Call 541-664-4687.


Trail Christian Fellowship holds 'A Day on the Green'

Trail Christian Fellowship will host "A Day on the Green with Jesus" starting at noon Saturday, July 14, at the church, 18881 Highway 62, Eagle Point. The event will feature a barbecue, dunk tank, jump house and performances from worship bands Kidron, Nail, Second Best, God's Country and Mercy.
