Paul and Leslye Reynolds of Rogue River had a bare hillside behind their house where they wanted to plant some fruit trees add some raised garden beds. To access the area they had to cut in a small road. Using a small tractor, they created a mound with the excess dirt so the waterfall would cascade over a retaining wall that runs behind their garage to an area where they planned to put in a patio. Then they shaped the fill, brought in rocks, dug the small pond at the bottom and started planting. It was a three-year project.
