Baylee LaVoie and Carrie Clayton have been named business and donor relationship managers for Living Opportunities in Medford.
LaVoie has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, new business development and client relationship management for organizations. She has served on several nonprofit boards in the Rogue Valley, including the Living Opportunities board, and has served as chairwoman for the Living Opportunities Furnarture fundraising event since its inception in 2010.
Clayton has more than15 years of management and fundraising experience with community-based groups. She has held positions of deputy director, development manager, an has worked in member relations and accounting. Most recently, she was the deputy director at Wildlife Images Rehabilitation & Education Center in Grants Pass. Clayton was the recipient of the governor's Oregon Tourism & Hospitality Exceptional Partnership award in 2011.

Ron Luttrell has joined Brammo Inc. as its global sales director. Luttrell has worked in the motorcycle industry for 13 years and brings experience in brand development, strategic market positioning, dealership management and networks, and sales program development and growth. He has previously worked with several top motorcycle brands, including Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Hyosung and Triumph Motorcycles.
Bank of the Cascades has appointed a new management team, replacing a group of leaders who have recently retired from the bank's Southern Oregon branches. The team includes a new senior vice president/district manager, a new commercial loan officer based in Medford and four new branch managers. Larry Helton continues to serve as the vice president and commercial loan officer in Grants Pass.
Cory Freeman is now senior vice president and district manager. Freeman has nearly 20 years of bank management and mortgage consulting experience. He most recently served as district manager and first vice president for JP Morgan Chase/Washington Mutual Bank in Portland; he also has worked with Fairway Commercial Mortgage and US Bank. Freeman is a graduate of the University of Oregon.
Hiram Kinney is now vice president and commercial loan officer. He has more than 30 years of commercial banking expertise and extensive experience in business lending. He previously served as Chase Bank's business banking area manager for the state of Oregon. Kinney is a graduate of Southern Oregon University.
Patti Baker is now vice president and manager of the Grants Pass branch. Baker brings more than 40 years of commercial lending and banking experience to the Southern Oregon position and previously held positions with Premiere West Bank, Liberty Bank, Washington Mutual and Bank of America. She is a longtime resident of Southern Oregon, where she attended Grants Pass High School.
Lisa Dobson is now vice president and manager of the Crater Lake Branch. Dobson has more than nine years of banking and leadership experience, having most recently served as sales and project manager for South Valley Bank and Trust. She is a graduate of Southern Oregon State College.
Kristi Stockebrand is now manager of the Barnett Branch. A Southern Oregon resident since 2003, Stockebrand has more than nine years of experience with Bank of the Cascades. She serves on the Prospect School District Board and on the board of Risk Management Association's Southern Oregon Northern California Chapter.
Joy Donohue is now the South Grants Pass branch manager. She has more than 25 years of experience in consumer and mortgage lending and has worked with mortgage, credit union and bank institutions in California and Oregon. Most recently she served as customer service supervisor for Bank of the Cascades in South Grants Pass.
