Impact Marketing has named Laura Rutledge operations director and Eli Matthews development director.

Rutledge will operate the company's active programs, including serving as the chief consultant for various political campaigns. Rutledge was previously chief of staff in the Oregon Legislature for Rep. Shawn Lindsay. Before that, she managed campaigns at the legislative and statewide levels, including for state Sen. Bruce Starr.

Matthews, who is Medford's newest City Council member, will oversee the development of company projects and expansion to national markets. Before joining Impact he served as a youth pastor with a local church and as executive director of a regional political organization.

Impact Marketing, founded in 2010 by local businessman Bruce Hough and state Rep. Sal Esquivel, R-Medford, also announced Jonathan Bilden is now the firm's general manager. He has been with Impact since 2010 and also serves on the Eagle Point City Council.

Impact offers services from campaign management to consulting, and marketing plans, including telemarketing, social media and traditional media.
