Center for Spiritual Living offers Sunday service

Missionary evangelists to be at Heritage Christian Center

Missionary evangelists Glen and Susie Anniskette will speak at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, at Heritage Christian Center Church of God, 1870 W. Healthy Living Ministries hosts open forum Sunday

Unitarian Universalists present program

The Medford Unitarian Universalists will present a program from the National Alliance on Mental Illness at 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, at the Masonic Center, 975 N. Phoenix Rd.

Introduction to Catholicism begins Wednesday, Sept. 5

CENTRAL POINT — Shepherd of the Valley Catholic Church will hold a series of gatherings for non-Catholics who are interested in learning more about Catholicism. The first session will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, at 600 Beebe Road.

The series will touch on topics ranging from the Bible to the history of the Catholic Church, the Sacraments, Mass and others. Inactive Catholics also are welcome to attend. Sessions will be held for children ages 7 to 12. Call 541-664-5910.
