Raiders, Mustangs play to 2-2 draw

ASHLAND — After 110 minutes of play, Southern Oregon and The Master's finished in a 2-2 tie in nonconference women's soccer Saturday afternoon.

Stephanie Carr tied it up for the Raiders (1-0-1) with her second goal in as many days, scoring on a free kick from 20 yards out in the 30th minute. The match remained tied through the end of the first half before Danielle Stave gave SOU the 2-1 advantage with a shot from the left side that hit the right post and bounced in less than two minutes into the second half.

The Mustangs broke through in the 81st minute when Shea Richardson scored her second goal of the day to tie it up.
