Ashland Community Hospital will host two community forums on its partnership with Dignity Health from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, and 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14, in the cafeteria at the hospital, 280 Maple St., Ashland.
Representatives from ACH and Dignity Health will be on hand to discuss the affiliation of the two nonprofit organizations and to answer questions.
