Two streets in west Medford will be closed through Friday, Oct. 5, for work in the right of way.
Summit Avenue will be closed between Haven Street and West Jackson Street, and West Jackson Street will be closed between Summit Avenue and North Columbus Avenue. Bill's Backhoe Service will work in the area from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
Motorists should plan alternate routes, city officials said.
