  • The first debate between President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney will be broadcast at 6 p.m.
    The two candidates meet at the University of Denver to discuss domestic policy. The 90-minute debate will be divided into six segments of about 15 minutes each on topics selected by moderator Jim Lehrer.
