  • Medford police have released the description of a possible suspect in the death of a cab driver who investigators said was shot and robbed after picking up a passenger downtown over the weekend.

  • Medford police have released the description of a possible suspect in the death of a cab driver who investigators said was shot and robbed after picking up a passenger downtown over the weekend.
    Valley Cab reported 58-year-old cab driver William Roy Huson missing at 1:02 a.m. Sunday, after last hearing from him at 10:40 p.m. Saturday when he told dispatchers he was picking up a fare at Howiee's on Front.
    After seeking tips from possible witnesses, investigators are now looking for a white man with a fair complexion, no facial hair and pockmarks or acne on his face, a news release said. He is described as 25 to 35 years old, about 6 feet and 1 or 2 inches tall, weighing 170 to 190 pounds. He wore a black ball cap, black Carhartt-style coat and jeans.
    Investigators are still working to determine if the suspect was in a downtown business Saturday night before getting into Huson's cab.
    Police described the man as a possible suspect in this murder.
