  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
    2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
    2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    Salt, to taste
    3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    Mix the garlic, parsley, cilantro, paprika and cumin; season with salt to taste. Stir in the lemon juice and olive oil. Use as a marinade for fish, other seafood, meats or vegetables. Or serve as a sauce.
    Makes about 1/2 cup.
