    • Rape — Hugo Octavio Bautista-Osuna, 38, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Bautista-Osuna on charges of first-degree rape and contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail pending a review of his immigration status.
    • Drugs — Nakoda Ryan Possinger, 19, of the 1200 block of Murray Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Possinger on charges of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on a theft charge. He was lodged in jail then released because of overcrowding.
    • Drugs — Jessica Fawn Sweet, 25, of the first block of South Orange Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Sweet on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Assault — Tyler James Winter, 19, of the 1000 block of West Fifth Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Winter on charges of second-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on more than $1 million bail.
    • Drugs — Michael Wayne Hicks III, 21, of the 1000 block of North Third Street, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Hicks on charges of possession of heroin and for failing to appear on theft and drug charges. He was lodged in jail then released because of overcrowding.
    • Drugs — Edward Bryant Sheldon Jr., 26, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Sheldon on charges of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole from a past drug conviction. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Michella Marie Gater, 26, of the 2600 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Gater on charges of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on five other drug charges. She was lodged in jail on $40,000 bail.
    • Theft — Codi Lee Lankford, 20, of the 200 block of Ortega Avenue, Eagle Point. Lankford made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on six counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $8,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Johni Lynn Funderburg, 25, of the 200 block of Fern Valley Road, Phoenix. Medford police Tuesday arrested Funderburg on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released.
    • Drugs — Andrew Jordan Gilman, 21, of the 800 block of Diamond Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Gilman on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Pamela Jane Claeys, 45, no known address. Clayes appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of oxycodone. She was booked into jail and released.
    • Hindering — Molly Raeanna Bourbon, 33, of the 300 block of West Rolling Hills Drive, Eagle Point. Bourbon appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with hindering prosecution and interfering with police. She was booked into jail and released.
    • Theft — Kyle Andrew Haskett, 29, of the 100 block of Fourth Street, Talent. Haskett appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released.
    • Drugs — Corey Allen Rose, 23, of the 22900 block of SW Pine Street, Sherwood. Rose appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of heroin. He was booked into jail and released.
    • Drugs — Rebecca Marie Heinze, 19, of the 600 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Heinze appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of heroin. She was booked into jail and released.
    • Drugs — Julie Reanne Love, 33, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Love on charges of delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, five counts of failure to appear in court and two parole violations. She was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Burglary — Courtney Lamar Abney, 21, no known address. appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, first-degree trespassing and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
