Felony arrests

  • Drugs — Amadeus Cael Swisher, 29, of the 100 block of West Nevada Street, Ashland. Ashland police Monday arrested Swisher on charges of possession, manufacturing and delivery of controlled substances. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Corey Matthew Blakey, 24, of the 2200 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Blakey on charges of possession and delivery of heroin, two counts of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole from a past conviction for possession of heroin. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Aggravated theft — Matthew John Frombach, 37, of the 100 block of Haven Road, Jacksonville. Frombach made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts each of aggravated first-degree theft and first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Aggravated theft — Crystal Jean Frombach, 34, of the 100 block of Haven Road, Jacksonville. Frombach made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts each of aggravated first-degree theft and first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Aggravated theft — Jennifer Diane Merida, 32, of the 1500 block of Meadows Lane, Medford. Merida made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree theft and criminal mistreatment. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Theft — Sara Mae Severin, 30, of the 2300 block of Jubilant Avenue, Medford. Severin made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Scott DeSilva, 32, of the 800 block of Ridgeview Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police Monday arrested DeSilva on charges of possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest and a warrant for fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail on $18,000 bail.
