Felony arrests

  • Theft — David Eugene Brennen, 25, no known address. Medford and Eagle Point police Friday arrested Brennen on charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree theft, two counts of reckless driving, two counts of attempting to elude police, hit-and-run vehicle injury, driving under the influence of intoxicants-drugs, endangering, fourth-degree assault and possession of hydrocodone. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $35,000 bail.
  • Sex Abuse — Paul Joy Atkinson, 50, of the 400 block of Berry Circle, Talent. Medford police Friday arrested Atkinson on charges of first-degree sex abuse, second-degree kidnapping, coercion, first-degree menacing and sexual harassment. He was lodged in jail on $2,016,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Gerald Blake Wooley, 26, no known address. Talent police Friday arrested Wooley on charges of possession of methamphetamine, a probation violation for possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on the following charges: three counts of contempt, four counts of possession of methamphetamine and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Victor Tod McGuire, 50, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Talent police Friday arrested McGuire on charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, delivery of marijuana, possession of hydrocodone, possession of schedule IV drug lorazepam, possession of schedule IV drug clonazepam and a probation violation for possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Theft — Jonathan Paul McDonald, 23, of the 600 block of East Archwood Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police Friday arrested McDonald on charges of first-degree burglary, three counts of second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and failure to appear on a unlawful entry into a motor vehicle charge. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Theft — Marcus Allen Fulton, 22, of the 600 block of King Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Fulton on charges of first-degree theft, two counts of second-degree forgery, three counts of identity theft, contempt and failure to appear on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail on $31,000 bail.
  • Sex Abuse — Jon Mun Yi, 32, of the 3100 block of Forest Hills Drive, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Yi on charges of first-degree sodomy, first-degree sex abuse, first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault. He was lodged in jail on $2,030,000 bail.
