Felony arrests
- Drugs — Tonia Louise Toombs, no known address. Medford police arrested Toombs Saturday night on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failure to appear on a possession of methamphetamine charge. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
- Assault — Jimmy Vineyard Lowe II, 29, of the 3500 block of Payne Road, Medford. Sheriff's deputies arrested Lowe Sunday on charges of assault and strangulation. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.
- Drugs — Aaron James Schoettle, 18, no known address. Medford police arrested Schoettle Sunday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, a parole violation for possession of methamphetamine and a custody violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
- Drugs — John Lee Walter Stewart, 45, of the 2200 block of Aloha Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Stewart Saturday night on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
