Felony arrests

• Drugs — Christopher Scott Vinas, 29, of the 2300 block of Flower Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Vinas on a charge of possession of heroin and for failing to follow the conditions of his parole on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
• Weapons — Felicia Rose Torrez, 28, of the 500 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Torrez on a charge of being a felon in possession of a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon and on warrants for failing to appear on previous drug and theft charges. She was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.
• Drugs — Donald Patrick Myers, 33, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Myers on charges of possession of methamphetamine, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
• Drugs — Joshua Scott Francis, 19, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Francis on charges of possession of methamphetamine and interfering with a police officer as well as violating the conditions of his parole on a previous theft conviction. He was lodged in jail without bail.
• Assault — Matthew Jack Bonilla, 30, of the 1300 block of Iowa Street, Ashland. Ashland police Monday arrested Bonilla on charges of third-degree assault, harassment, menacing and for violating the conditions of his probation from a previous felony assault conviction. He was lodged in jail without bail.
