The senior quarterback struck for three touchdown passes in the first 15 minutes of a 47-7 play-in victory over Corvallis.

Kaegi completed 11 of 17 passes for 177 yards as the Grizzlies captured their fifth straight win. His touchdowns covered 15, 25 and 57 yards.

Kaegi received 1,242 votes during the week. His total, combined with Phoenix volleyball player Haleigh Wagman's 863, pushed the total votes over the 2,000 mark for the first time.
