The seventh annual Turkey Trot starts at Rogue Rock Gym, 3001 Samike Drive, Medford, with fun runs for the whole family.
This Thanksgiving tradition boosts runners' metabolism and collects food for the homeless, organizers said.
An eight-mile run starts at 8 a.m., a two-mile run/walk starts at 8:30 a.m., and a 100-yard turkey dash for kids 5 and younger begins at 7:45 a.m.
Registration will be from 7 to 7:45 a.m. It costs $20 to enter.
Runners are asked to bring a canned food donation as part of their entry.
All donated food and entry fees will go to ACCESS. For more information, visit www.soturkeytrot.com.
