Felony arrests

  • Drugs — William Daniel Ternan, 29, of the 100 block of Almond Street, Medford. Ternan made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of heroin and oxycodone. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released.
  • Drugs — Khara Natalie Wagner, 24, of the 100 block of Almond Street, Medford. Wagner appeared Monday in Circuit Court on a charge of possession of oxycodone. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Elude — Aaron Javon Criss, 30, no known address. Medford police Sunday added charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Duane Allyn Weakley, 24, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Weakley on charges of possession of heroin, giving false information to police and two parole violations. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — Cody Daniel Bridgeman-Weiss, 19, of the 2000 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Bridgeman-Weiss appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of oxycodone. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Theft — Rachel Ann Chorney, 22, of the 300 block of Lorraine Avenue, Eagle Point. Chorney appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Theft — Russell Scott Jones, 48, of the 7700 block of Kingston Circle, White City. Jones appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft and second-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Theft — Candace Lynn Mitchell, 50, of the 7700 block of Kingston Circle, White City. Mitchell appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released.
  • Burglary, theft — Joseph Timothy Jones, 21, of the 200 block of Sailing Street, Medford. Jones appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Drugs — Marco Antonio Navarro, 24, of the 700 block of King Street, Medford. Navarro appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine and recklessly endangering a minor. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Identity theft — Scott William Thomas, 41, of the 600 block of Sardine Creek Road, Gold Hill. Thomas appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with identity theft and theft of service. He was booked into jail and released.
  • Aggravated theft, theft, forgery, identity theft — Dan Edward Waggoner, 47, of the 100 block of Maple Street, Phoenix. Waggoner appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree aggravated theft, first-degree theft, three counts of first-degree forgery and first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was booked into jail and released.
