Wood leads EP past CC

EAGLE POINT — Adrian Wood chalked up a triple-double during Eagle Point's 61-33 girls basketball victory over Cascade Christian on Monday.

Wood went for 13 points, 10 assists and 10 steals. She was 5-for-6 from the free-throw line and added a pair of 3-pointers.

Freshman Bailey Cooper put together a nice all-around game as well for the Eagles (2-1) with 12 points, five rebounds, four assists and four steals.

Sydney May paced the Eagles with 14 points and Casie Johnson added seven points, five rebounds and four steals.

Alaina Thomson led the Challengers (1-1) with 10 points.
