Drugs — Zachary Sy Livingston, 28, of the 800 block of Summit Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday added a charge of possession of heroin against Livingston. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Vehicle theft — Toby Alan Atchley, 43, of the 2400 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. Atchley appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was booked into jail and released.

Identity theft, tampering — Dean Lee Easley, 37, of the 700 block of Summit Avenue, Medford. Easley appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with seven counts of identity theft and seven counts of tampering with drug records. He was booked into jail and released.
Identity theft, tampering — Ellie Ann Garrett, 28, of the 100 block of Skycrest Drive, Grants Pass. Garrett appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with identity theft and tampering with drug records. She was booked into jail and released.
Child neglect, drugs, forgery — Ashley Marie Auger, 25, of the 700 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Auger on charges of recklessly endangering a minor, first-degree child neglect, possession of heroin, distribution of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine, first-degree forgery, distribution of marijuana and possession of marijuana. She was lodged in jail on $94,000 bail.
