The Medford Parks and Recreation Department is accepting applications for musical acts to perform at the State Farm Summer Concert Series.
Application are available at www.ci.medford.or.us/Files/Performer%20Application%202013.pdf and must be submitted by Feb. 8, 2013.
The shows will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesdays, June 19 through Aug. 21, at the Bear Creek Amphitheater.
