December's Third Friday art walk comes with a cup of hot chocolate and healthy dose of holiday cheer.
There will be Christmas carolers and complimentary hot chocolate and coffee, courtesy of Starbucks, in downtown Medford's Vogel Plaza from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21.
Rogue Gallery & Art Center will continue to show its members' exhibition, "Animal, Vegetable, Mineral," featuring works by more than 50 local artists, and the gallery's Spirit in Hand Holiday Boutique will be open with lots of handcrafted gifts. A reception with live caroling, wine by RoxyAnn Winery, cheeses by Rogue Creamery, truffles by Harry & David, Christmas cookies and hot chocolate will be from 5 to 8 p.m. at the gallery, 40 S. Art du Jour has extended its "Home for the Holidays" exhibit with wintery works by local artists Dick Woods, Pat Blair, Georganna Happle, Judy Hubler, Ruthanne Bray, Dixie Kinser, Dodie Hamilton and Marilyn Zupan. Parking in downtown Medford and in the parking structure on Sixth Street is free after 5 p.m. weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday.
